Ingredients:
- 1 box of chocolate cake mix
- 1 cup of water
- 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup of mini Teddy Grahams
- 1/2 cup of chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup of creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup of powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup of unsalted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 cup of milk
Instructions:
Warm up the oven to 350F 175C and put cupcake liners in a muffin tin
Put the chocolate cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs in a large bowl
Mix everything together well
Add the chocolate chips and mini Teddy Grahams to the cake batter and mix them in
The batter should be about two thirds of the way up in each cupcake liner
After the oven is hot, bake the cupcakes for 18 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean
When you take the cupcakes out of the oven, let them cool for 5 minutes in the pan before moving them to a wire rack to cool all the way through
The peanut butter frosting is made by beating the creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, unsalted butter, vanilla extract, and salt together in a different bowl until the frosting is smooth and creamy
Slowly add the milk while beating the frosting until it has the consistency you want
The peanut butter frosting can be put on the cupcakes with a piping bag or a spatula after they are completely cool
Add more mini Teddy Grahams and chocolate chips to the top of the cupcakes to make them look nice
Take a bite of your Teddy Graham Cupcakes and enjoy them
