Ingredients:
- 1 lb carne asada thinly sliced
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese your choice
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup guacamole
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 lime cut into wedges
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking oil for grilling
Instructions:
Preheat your grill to high heat
Season the carne asada with salt and pepper
Grill the carne asada for 2-3 minutes per side or until it reaches your desired level of doneness
Remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into thin strips
While the carne asada is resting, warm the corn tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds per side
To assemble the tacos, place a few slices of carne asada on each tortilla
Top with diced tomatoes, onions, and shredded cheese
Add a dollop of sour cream, guacamole, and salsa to each taco
Garnish with chopped cilantro and a squeeze of lime juice
