This Stuffed Portobello Mushroom Burger is a delicious vegetarian option thats perfect for grilling season. Juicy portobello mushrooms are filled with a flavorful breadcrumb mixture, grilled to perfection, and topped with gooey mozzarella cheese. Ingredients:

  • 2 large portobello mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
