This Paleo crockpot chili is hearty, flavorful, and perfect for a cozy meal. Made with wholesome ingredients and seasoned with aromatic spices, its a comforting dish thats easy to prepare and packed with protein and nutrients.
Ingredients:

- 5 lbs grass-fed ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 can 14 oz diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 can 14 oz tomato sauce
- 1 can 4 oz chopped green chilies
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Optional toppings: avocado slices, chopped cilantro, lime wedges
Instructions:
Cook ground beef until browned in a skillet
Eliminate extra fat
Place the cooked beef in a slow cooker
Put in the crockpot with the diced onion, minced garlic, diced bell pepper, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, chopped green chilies, chili powder, cumin, paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper
Mix thoroughly to blend
Cook, covered, stirring occasionally, for 68 hours on low or 34 hours on high
If desired, top with chopped cilantro, avocado slices, and lime wedges and serve hot
