Ingredients:
- 1 pre-made tart shell
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
- Orange slices and mint leaves for garnish
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 175F 350C
Follow the directions on the package to bake the tart shell, then let it cool completely
Whip the heavy cream in a bowl until soft peaks form
While whipping, add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract and keep going until stiff peaks form
Put away
Put orange juice, cornstarch, water, and orange zest in a small saucepan
Stir the food all the time over medium-low heat for about three to four minutes, or until it gets thick
Take it off the heat and let it cool down a bit
Cover the bottom of the cooled tart shell with the orange mixture
Spread the whipped cream mixture out evenly over the orange layer and then put the top on top
Put mint leaves and orange slices on top
Put it in the fridge for at least an hour before you serve it
Cut it up and enjoy
