These bright rainbow ice cream pops are not only beautiful to look at, but they also taste great. Theyre great on hot summer days or whenever you want something sweet.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream
- Food coloring red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple
- 6 popsicle molds
Instructions:
Divide the vanilla ice cream evenly into 6 small bowls
Add a few drops of different food coloring to each bowl and stir until well combined, creating red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple ice cream
Layer the different colored ice creams into the popsicle molds, alternating colors as desired
Insert popsicle sticks into the molds and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid
Once frozen, remove the popsicles from the molds and enjoy
